CHICKEN WITH BAKED POTATOES

A one pan chicken dish! A classic and family food for the Sunday meal!

Ingredients

1 chicken cut into portions or pieces of your liking

3 medium potatoes

2 -3 cloves of garlic

Juice 2 lemons

2 tsp mustard (optional)

½ cup olive oil

2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

2 tbsp oregano

1 glass of water

Directions

Clean and cut the chicken into portions

Clean, wash and cut the potatoes in half and then into 3 or 2 if they are small

Place them in the pan and add 1 teaspoon of salt or two rounds, ½ tsp pepper, 1 teaspoon of oregano, garlic and 1 teaspoon of mustard and mix

Place the chicken in the pan and add the rest of the salt, pepper and oregano on both sides of the chicken

In a small glass put the juice from the lemons and the mustard and mix and pour it over the chicken

Add the oil and a glass of water

shake the pan to go everywhere

Bake at 180 degrees for 1 ½ hours, turning the chicken in between

**you can put all the mustard in the lemon if you want and not separately in the potatoes
