CHICKEN STIR-FRY WITH PEPPERS

An easy and quick meal full of colour and a rich taste!

Ingredients

1 chicken breast

5 tbs Olive oil

1 big onion

5-6 peppers (different colours if prefered)

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

½ tsp curry

1 tsp garlic (optional)

1 tbs mustard

½ or 1 lemon

¼ tsp oregano

Directions

Wash and cut the peppers into thick strips

Cut the onion and put in the frying pan with the oil

Wash and cut the chicken in squares and put it in the frying pan

Fry until the chicken has gotten a golden colour

Add the peppers

Keep stirring for 3-4 minutes

Add the mustard to the water and mix and add to pan

Add all the rest of the ingredients except for the oregano

Lower the heat to medium high and cover the pan for about half an hour

Uncover and let the water evaporate so that it is left with a little sauce, stirring constantly

when the water has almost evaporated add the oregano stir and its ready
