A fluffy chocolate cake that is easy and quick to make for any time of the day!
Ingredients
½ cup sunflower oil
1 ¾ cup sugar
1 ¼ cup water
¾ cup cocoa
1 ½ tsp soda
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 cups of flour
1/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl in the order they are written except the chocolate chips
Beat them with the mixer for 3 minutes
If we put chocolate chips.
Add the chocolate drops and mix with a spoon to incorporate with the mixture
Grease a cake mold or put baking paper underneath and pour the mixture onto it
Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes at 175 degrees
Test with a toothpick to see if it is cooked. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready
