FETA CHEESE BREAD

An easy side dish for all meals. Its perfect for breakfast or as a snack for the children to take to school or also for work!

 Ingredients

½ cup water

1 ¾ cup flour

1 sachet of dry yeast 7 g.

½ tsp salt

½ tsp sugar

2 tbsp oil

½ cup feta cheese (100-150 g)

2 tbsp oil for greasing the pan

Directions

Put the water, yeast and sugar in a bowl and mix until the yeast dissolves

Add the salt and flour little by little to make a soft dough that does not stick to your hands

Fold half the cheese into the dough

Grease a small pan and spread the dough inside

Leave it in a warm place to double in volume, about 30-45 minutes

Add the rest of the cheese on top of the puffed dough and press it in a little

Bake at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes until it gets a nice golden color.

** If you would like to make a bigger batch you may double all the ingredients using a bigger pan.
