CARROT BREAD STICKS

Easy to make crispy breadsticks with fresh carrots and no sugar! Perfect for a snack or for dipping!

Ingredients

1 ½ cups carrots medium grated

1 tsp salt

1 cup vegetable oil

½ cup water

4 cups all purpose flour

Directions

Grate the carrots on a medium grater, not too coarse

Put all the ingredients except the flour in a bowl and mix

Add the flour little by little

Shape the breadsticks long or round

Place on baking paper

Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes

To get a golden dark color
