CHOUX WITH TUNA

Delicious savory Choux (puffs) for your party or buffet! A recipe that will surprise you!

Recipe : Choux Pastry Dough

Ingredients

3 tunas (160g)

½ onion

½ green pepper

1 tsp lemon

1 small mayonnaise (200g)

Directions

Open the tuna and drain the excess oil or water

Place the tuna in a large bowl

Grate the onion on very fine with the grater and add it to the tuna

Chop the green pepper as small as you can and add it to the tuna

Add the lemon juice

Pour the mayonnaise into the mixture and mix very well

Fill the Choux

** It is very nice if they sit for a few hours so the ingredients can combine

** Cover, and put them in the fridge until ready to serve
