Vegan apple pies that are easy and don’t take long to make! They are perfect for breakfast or for your afternoon coffee!
Ingredients
Dough
1 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of white wine
¼ tsp Salt
3 cups Flour
Stuffing
3 apples cleaned and grated
½ cup walnuts finely chopped or grated
½ tsp cinnamon
4-5 tsps sugar
Topping
Icing sugar
Directions
Put the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and add flour until the ingredients are well combined and do not stick to your hands.
In another bowl mix the ingredients for the filling.
Take the dough and spread it on your counter, with a mug cut round pieces or you can use a round cookie cutter.
With a teaspoon, put filling in the middle and fold in half so it becomes a half moon.
Join the edges with a fork.
Put a baking sheet in the pan (optional) and place the apple pies.
Bake at 180 degrees 20-25 minutes until they get a golden colour
After they have cooled cover with icing sugar.
