MINI PAVLOVAS

Pavlova is an impressive, easy and light dessert! Crispy on the outside and chewy in the center!

Ingredients

4 egg whites

1 tsp lemon juice

½ cup sugar

1 vanilla powder (1/2 tsp)

1 tsp corn flour

Directions

With a mixer on medium speed beat the egg whites with the lemon for three minutes

Slowly add the sugar

Then add the vanilla and the corn flour

Beat for one more minute

We want the meringue to be firm

Put baking sheet on the pan and add a tablespoon of the mixture making 10-12 round not too thick circles

Bake for 1 hour at 130-140 degrees

Open the door and leave them inside with the oven off until they cool down completely

Carefully peel them off the baking sheet

Decorate with fruit, whipped cream, spoon sweets or whatever you like
