CABBAGE SALAD

An easy and quick winter salad that will accompany all your meals!

Ingredients

¼ or ½ cabbage

2 carrots

1 lemon

½  tsp salt

A little olive oil

Directions

Cut the cabbage in half and then in half again

Place one quarter sideways on the cutting board and cut it as thin as you can with a knife or with the special tool

Cut as much cabbage as you need for the salad in the same way **

Put it in a bowl

Add the salt and rub the cabbage a little with your hands

Grate the carrots on the thick side of the grater

Place it on top of the chopped cabbage

Add the lemon juice and oil

Mix before serving

** Put the rest of the cabbage in the fridge for next use

** You can cut all the cabbage ready for use(plain) and place it in the fridge in a container with a lid
