The most delicious lamb chops in the oven with potatoes!An ideal dish for Sundays but also for all the festive dinners! A simple and easy recipe!
Ingredients
1 ½ kg lamb or goat, cut into portions
3-4 medium potatoes
3 cloves of garlic
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 tsp oregano
1/3 cup olive oil
1-2 lemons
1 cup of water
Directions
Clean and wash the potatoes and cut them in half and then into quarters
Put them in the pan add half the salt, ¼ tsp pepper and 1 tsp oregano
Mix well
Wash the lamb or goat and place it in a bowl
Add the remaining salt, pepper and oregano
Mix well and place it in the pan with the potatoes
Clean and cut the garlic in half and put them in the pan
Pour the oil so that it goes everywhere
Add the lemon juice
Add the water to cover the entire pan (if it doesn’t cover, add a little more (depending on the pan you have)
Bake at 180 degrees for an hour and a half, turning the meat once or twice
