CHEESE PIES WITH YOGURT DOUGH

Cheese pies with kourou dough made with yogurt! An easy snack for all hours of the day!

Ingredients

2 cups of flour (200g)

1 container of yogurt (200g) except one tbs used for the stuffing

½ container of oil (100g)

¼ tsp salt

Stuffing

150g of feta cheese

1tbs of yogurt

¼ tsp pepper

Sesame seeds (optional)

A little oil for brushing on top

Directions

Put the yogurt, oil and salt in a bowl and mix

Slowly add the flour and mix by hand to bring the dough together

In another bowl, rub the feta with your hands and add the yogurt and pepper and mix

Divide the dough in the size of a walnuts

take one piece and open it a little on the counter so that it becomes round

Add some mixture and fold it in half

Press the edges with a fork or with your fingers

Place them on a baking sheet

repeat untill all the dough is finished

Brush with a little oil and add some sesame seeds (optional)

Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until they get a nice golden color
