4 cups of water<\/p>\n
1 vegetable cube<\/p>\n
\u00bd cup of peppers chopped into thin strips (different colors)<\/p>\n
\u00bd cup of peas<\/p>\n
\u00bd cup of corn<\/p>\n
1 carrot cut in cubes (optional)<\/p>\n
\u00bd cup mushrooms (optional)<\/p>\n
\u00bd teaspoon salt<\/p>\n
1 teaspoon pepper<\/p>\n
\u00bd teaspoon turmeric (optional for color)<\/p>\n
3 tablespoons olive oil<\/p>\n
2 cups of yellow rice (parbroiled)<\/p>\n
Put a pan that goes into the oven with a lid.<\/p>\n
Put all the ingredients except the rice inside. Turn the oven to 180 degrees \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0and cook for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n
Add the rice and stir.<\/p>\n
Cover and put it back in the oven for 25-30 minutes.<\/p>\n
The rice is ready.<\/p>\n
If it has a little water leave it in the oven for another 5 minutes.<\/p>\n
Stir and serve.<\/p>\n
