<\/p>\n
2 \u00bd cups of all purpose flour<\/p>\n
1 cup water<\/p>\n
\u00bd tsp salt<\/p>\n
Dry yeast (9grs)<\/p>\n
Put the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the middle<\/p>\n
Add the water there and the yeast in the water<\/p>\n
Add the salt to the flour<\/p>\n
Start stirring slowly and gathering the flour into the middle until all the flour is gone and it forms into a soft dough that doesn\u2019t stick to your hands<\/p>\n
Add a sprinkle of flour if still sticky<\/p>\n
Let it rest for about 1 hour in a warm place in order for the dough to rise and double in size<\/p>\n
When the dough is ready divide into small portions about 12-15 and press so that they are round and thin<\/p>\n
Fry in hot oil on medium heat<\/p>\n
Turning often until they get a golden color, the dough will double in size as they are frying<\/p>\n
Place on paper towel for excess oil<\/p>\n
Served with honey and cinnamon or sugar<\/p>\n
