1 box of whipped cream ex. cool whip (2 sachets of 100grs)<\/p>\n
200 grs strained yogurt<\/p>\n
1\u00bd cups sugar<\/p>\n
\u00bd cup of icing sugar<\/p>\n
2 large Philadelphia cheeses of 300g each<\/p>\n
2 cans of sour cherry<\/p>\n
3 tbsp sugar<\/p>\n
2 tbsp corn flour<\/p>\n

Grind the cookies and put them in the large pyrex with 2 tsp of powdered sugar<\/p>\n
Melt the margarine in the microwave or in the pot, do not burn<\/p>\n
Pour all the margarine on the grated biscuit and mix it to combine<\/p>\n
Press with your hand to cover the entire bottom of the pyrex<\/p>\n
Place in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes so that it is soft when pressed in the middle<\/p>\n
Take it out and let it cool<\/p>\n

Make the whipped cream as it says on the package and put it in the fridge to firm up<\/p>\n
In a bowl, put the Philadelphia, sugar, baking powder and yogurt and beat them a little to combine the ingredients, then add all the whipped cream and beat until it is blended with the mixture ( do not mix too much because the filling will get watery and will not set)<\/p>\n
Pour it over the biscuit, spread it well and place it in the fridge<\/p>\n
Pour the juice from the canned sour cherries into a small saucepan and add the sugar and corn flour and mix well until it thickens, remove from the heat and add the sour cherries<\/p>\n
As soon as the mixture cools down, spread it over the dessert and keep it refrigerated until ready to serve<\/p>\n
