250 g baking chocolate (couvertour)<\/p>\n
250 plain cookies<\/p>\n
250 g cocoa spread (nutella)or vegan chocolate spread<\/p>\n
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a Bain-Marie<\/p>\n
Put half the chocolate down in the cake form and make sure it goes everywhere and on the walls of the cake form<\/p>\n
Place in the fridge to harden and set<\/p>\n
Grind the cookies and put them in a bowl and pour the chocolate spread<\/p>\n
Stir to combine<\/p>\n
Put the mixture in the cake form and press it a little so that it goes everywhere<\/p>\n
Cover with the rest of the melted chocolate<\/p>\n
Place back in the fridge so that it sets well<\/p>\n
