<\/p>\n
220-250 g chickpeas<\/p>\n
1 tsp salt<\/p>\n
5 tbsp olive oil<\/p>\n
1 clove of garlic<\/p>\n
2 tsp tahini<\/p>\n
1 small lemon<\/p>\n
1\/3-1\/2 cup water from the boiled chickpeas<\/p>\n
Put the chickpeas in a large pot and cover them with plenty of water<\/p>\n
Let them soak overnight and double in size (at least 12 hours)<\/p>\n
The next day bring them to a boil and strain them<\/p>\n
Put them back into the pot and cover them with water,\u00a0 boil for 45 minutes – 1 hour until they soften well<\/p>\n
After boiling,<\/p>\n
Keep \u00bd cup of the water in which the chickpeas were boiled<\/p>\n
Strain the chickpeas<\/p>\n
Place all the ingredients in the blender except<\/b>\u00a0 the water from the chickpeas<\/p>\n
Mash to homogenize, scrape with a spoon if needed<\/p>\n
Pour the water little by little until it becomes as smooth as you want it (no need to use all the water)<\/p>\n
