1 package of plain hard cookies 225grs<\/p>\n
1 small praline (ex. nutella) 360grs<\/p>\n
1 small heavy cream 200grs<\/p>\n
2 sachets of truffle<\/p>\n
\u03a4ake the biscuits and grind them in the cutter or put them in a meat bag and break them well<\/p>\n
Put the cream in a bowl and beat it with the mixer until it thickens<\/p>\n
Add the grated biscuits and the chocolate praline (nutella) and mix well with a spoon to make a mixture<\/p>\n
Place in the fridge for about an hour so that it can be molded better<\/p>\n
When the mixture is ready, shape into rounds<\/p>\n
roll them in the truffle<\/p>\n
