4 egg whites<\/p>\n
1 tsp lemon juice<\/p>\n
\u00bd cup sugar<\/p>\n
1 vanilla powder (1\/2 tsp)<\/p>\n
1 tsp corn flour<\/p>\n
With a mixer on medium speed beat the egg whites with the lemon for three minutes<\/p>\n
Slowly add the sugar<\/p>\n
Then add the vanilla and the corn flour<\/p>\n
Beat for one more minute<\/p>\n
We want the meringue to be firm<\/p>\n
Put baking sheet on the pan and add a tablespoon of the mixture making 10-12 round not too thick circles<\/p>\n
Bake for 1 hour at 130-140 degrees<\/p>\n
Open the door and leave them inside with the oven off until they cool down completely<\/p>\n
Carefully peel them off the baking sheet<\/p>\n
