1 margarine 200-250 grs<\/p>\n
1 package of plain cookies 225 grs<\/p>\n
4 tbs cocoa powder<\/p>\n
10-12 tbs of icing sugar<\/p>\n
1 vanilla<\/p>\n
Take the margarine out of the fridge to come to room temperature<\/p>\n
Put it in a bowl and add the cocoa and icing sugar. (if you don’t want it too sweet, put10 tbs, otherwise put 12 tbs)<\/p>\n
Stir to make a smooth mixture<\/p>\n
Break the cookies into small pieces and add them to the bowl and mix to coat well with the chocolate<\/p>\n
Place 1 piece of baking paper on the counter and pour the mixture otherwise you can make 2 smaller logs so you will need 2 pieces of parchment paper<\/p>\n
With the parchment paper and your hands try to make a long log and press it a little so that the cookies stick so you can cut it more easily<\/p>\n
Place aluminum foil on the outside of the baking paper so that it does not get odors from the refrigerator<\/p>\n
Put it in the freezer for 3-4 hours to freeze well<\/p>\n
