A dessert with many names and few ingredients! No matter how you name it, it&#8217;s perfect!<\/h4>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>1 margarine 200-250 grs<\/p>\n<p>1 package of plain cookies 225 grs<\/p>\n<p>4 tbs cocoa powder<\/p>\n<p>10-12 tbs of icing sugar<\/p>\n<p>1 vanilla<\/p>\n<h4>Directions<\/h4>\n<p>Take the margarine out of the fridge to come to room temperature<\/p>\n<p>Put it in a bowl and add the cocoa and icing sugar. (if you don&#8217;t want it too sweet, put10 tbs, otherwise put 12 tbs)<\/p>\n<p>Stir to make a smooth mixture<\/p>\n<p>Break the cookies into small pieces and add them to the bowl and mix to coat well with the chocolate<\/p>\n<p>Place 1 piece of baking paper on the counter and pour the mixture otherwise you can make 2 smaller logs so you will need 2 pieces of parchment paper<\/p>\n<p>With the parchment paper and your hands try to make a long log and press it a little so that the cookies stick so you can cut it more easily<\/p>\n<p>Place aluminum foil on the outside of the baking paper so that it does not get odors from the refrigerator<\/p>\n<p>Put it in the freezer for 3-4 hours to freeze well<\/p>\n<p><b>** <\/b>You can double the ingredients and make 2-3 large logs<\/p>\n<p><strong>**<\/strong> You may also add walnuts or almonds<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Log, salami and mosaic!
