Homemade Gyros is so easy to make and very tasty! Gyros is a traditional Greek fast food that everyone likes!<\/h4>\n

<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/h4>\n

1 – 1 \u00bd kg of pork or chicken<\/p>\n

1 \u00bc tsp salt<\/p>\n

\u00bd tsp pepper<\/p>\n

1 tsp sweet paprika<\/p>\n

1 tsp garlic powder<\/p>\n

4 tbsp oil<\/p>\n

\u00bc cup water<\/p>\n

For the wrapping<\/i><\/u><\/p>\n

Flat Pita breads<\/p>\n

Sliced \u200b\u200bonion<\/p>\n

Tomato slices<\/p>\n

Tzatziki<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Fries<\/p>\n

Ketchup, mustard<\/p>\n

Directions<\/h4>\n

Wash the meat and place it in a pan with a lid (roasting pan) and slit it well in lots of places<\/p>\n

Put the salt, pepper, garlic and paprika all over the meat<\/p>\n

Pour in the water and oil<\/p>\n

Cover and bake at 180 degrees for 1 \u00bd\u00a0 hour<\/p>\n

Remove the meat onto a cutting board and cut it into thin strips or pieces and place it back in the pan mixing it with the juice from the meat<\/p>\n

Put the pan back in the oven without<\/em> a lid to get a little color for 30 minutes<\/p>\n

Bake the pies a little so that they don’t dry out so you can wrap them<\/p>\n

Put the meat, tzatziki and the rest of the ingredients (optional) and wrap<\/p>\n

** <\/b>The is also served without wrapping putting the meat on the plate and putting the tzatziki and tomatoes on the side<\/p>\n
