One of the most famous fish in the Mediterranean is the sea bream!<\/h4>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>Sea bream<\/p>\n<p>Salt<\/p>\n<p>pepper<\/p>\n<p>oregano<\/p>\n<p>1 Lemon<\/p>\n<h4>Directions<\/h4>\n<p>Preheat the oven<\/p>\n<p>Put a baking paper in a pan<\/p>\n<p>Wash the fish (which are already cleaned) and let them drain slightly<\/p>\n<p>Oil the sea bream a little on both sides<\/p>\n<p>Place them on the parchment paper<\/p>\n<p>Add salt, pepper and oregano and turn them doing the same on the other side. \u00a0Also add a little inside the belly<\/p>\n<p>Bake at 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Turning them at half of the baking time 20-25 minutes (they will have a golden color)<\/p>\n<p>As soon as they are done, squeeze some lemon<\/p>\n<p><b>**\u00a0 <\/b>If the fish is not cleaned remove the scales and insides of the stomach and then follow the above steps<\/p>\n<p><b>**<\/b>\u00a0 The fish should be about the same size to bake evenly<\/p>\n<p><b>**\u00a0 <\/b>You may also bake other large fish in the same way<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Greece is famous for its blue waters and fresh seafood!
