1 packet of puff pastry (2 sheets)<\/p>\n
200 g of cream cheese (may use vegan cream cheese)<\/p>\n
4 tbsp full of icing sugar<\/p>\n
1 capsle vanilla powder (0.30gr)<\/p>\n
Cherry jam<\/p>\n
Defrost the puff pastry according to the instructions on the package<\/p>\n
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the icing sugar and vanilla and place it in the refrigerator<\/p>\n
Put some flour on a surface and spread one sheet of puff pastry<\/p>\n
Cut the hearts with a cookie cutter or any shape that you prefer<\/p>\n
In a baking pan, spread a piece of parchment paper and place the cut pastries<\/p>\n
Pierce the center of the shape with a fork several times (a little before the edges) so that it does not puff at the point of filling. On the contrary, we do not pierce the edges so that they puff<\/p>\n
Put 1 tsp of filling in the middle and a little more if your shape is large (not near the edges)<\/p>\n
On top of the cream, put 1 tsp of jam<\/p>\n
With a brush or your finger, slightly wet the edges all around the puff pastry<\/p>\n
Repeat the same process with the second sheet of puff pastry<\/p>\n
