300-350g of spinach<\/p>\n
3 green onions<\/p>\n
2 tbsp chopped dill<\/p>\n
\u00bd tsp salt<\/p>\n
\u00bc tsp pepper<\/p>\n
250 g of feta cheese<\/p>\n
2 eggs<\/p>\n
4 tbsp olive oil<\/p>\n
450gr Phyllo dough pastry sheets<\/p>\n
1\/3 cup olive oil for the phyllo<\/p>\n
Wash and chop the spinach, onions and dill<\/p>\n
Put them in a bowl<\/p>\n
Pour in the salt, pepper and oil<\/p>\n
In the bowl, break the feta into small pieces with our hands<\/p>\n
Lightly beat the eggs and pour them over the rest of the ingredients<\/p>\n
Mix very well<\/p>\n
Open the phyllo and cut it into 4 straight strips (towards the long side of the phyllo)<\/p>\n
Take a strip of phyllo and brush it with a little oil<\/p>\n
Place another sheet on top and brush it with a little oil<\/p>\n
Take a tablespoon of the mixture and put it to one side<\/p>\n
Start by wrapping it diagonally from one side and then to the other upwards, folding it into\u00a0 the shape of a triangle<\/p>\n
Repeat the same process with all the phyllo strips and filling \u00a0**<\/b><\/p>\n
Put a baking paper (parchment) in the pan<\/p>\n
Place the spinach pies in the pan and lightly brush them with oil<\/p>\n
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes to get a nice color<\/p>\n
