1 kilo of green beans<\/p>\n
1 onion<\/p>\n
\u00bc cup olive oil<\/p>\n
1 tsp salt<\/p>\n
\u00bc tsp pepper<\/p>\n
\u00bd tsp sugar<\/p>\n
1 tbsp tomato paste<\/p>\n
\u00bd cup tomato juice<\/p>\n
2-3 potatoes<\/p>\n
2 tbsp chopped parsley (1\/3 bunch)<\/p>\n
Cut the ends off the beans and clean them all around to make sure there are no fibers (strings)<\/p>\n
Wash the beans<\/p>\n
Finely chop the onion<\/p>\n
Clean and wash the potatoes and cut them into quarters<\/p>\n
On high heat<\/p>\n
Put the oil in a pot and add the onion and saute it<\/p>\n
Add the tomato paste and stir to melt<\/p>\n
Put in the beans and mix<\/p>\n
Add the potatoes and tomato juice<\/p>\n
Add water to cover the beans well<\/p>\n
Add salt, pepper, sugar and parsley<\/p>\n
Lower the heat to medium<\/p>\n
Cover the pot with the lid<\/p>\n
Cook for about 1 hour<\/p>\n
It will be left with its sauce<\/p>\n
