3 cloves of garlic<\/p>\n
1 \u00bd tsp salt<\/p>\n
\u00bd tsp pepper<\/p>\n
2 tsp oregano<\/p>\n
1\/3 cup olive oil<\/p>\n
1-2 lemons<\/p>\n
1 cup of water<\/p>\n
Clean and wash the potatoes and cut them in half and then into quarters<\/p>\n
Put them in the pan add half<\/u> the salt, \u00bc tsp pepper and 1 tsp oregano<\/p>\n
Mix well<\/p>\n
Wash the lamb or goat and place it in a bowl<\/p>\n

Clean and cut the garlic in half and put them in the pan<\/p>\n
