2 cups of flour (200g)<\/p>\n
1 container of yogurt (200g) except one tbs used for the stuffing<\/em><\/p>\n \u00bd container of oil (100g)<\/p>\n \u00bc tsp salt<\/p>\n 150g of feta cheese<\/p>\n 1tbs of yogurt<\/p>\n \u00bc tsp pepper<\/p>\n Sesame seeds (optional)<\/p>\n A little oil for brushing on top<\/p>\n Put the yogurt, oil and salt in a bowl and mix<\/p>\n Slowly add the flour and mix by hand to bring the dough together<\/p>\n In another bowl, rub the feta with your hands and add the yogurt and pepper and mix<\/p>\n Divide the dough in the size of a walnuts<\/p>\n take one piece and open it a little on the counter so that it becomes round<\/p>\n Add some mixture and fold it in half<\/p>\n Press the edges with a fork or with your fingers<\/p>\n Place them on a baking sheet<\/p>\n repeat untill all the dough is finished<\/p>\n Brush with a little oil and add some sesame seeds (optional)<\/p>\n Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until they get a nice golden color<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Cheese pies with kourou dough made with yogurt!
