1 cup vinegar for marinara<\/p>\n
1.5-2 kg wild boar<\/p>\n
2 tsp vinegar<\/p>\n
1 \u00bd tsp salt<\/p>\n

1 tsp sugar<\/p>\n
3 cloves garlic<\/p>\n
2 onions<\/p>\n
3 peppers<\/p>\n
3 carrots<\/p>\n
1 bay leaf<\/p>\n
1\/3 cup tomato sauce<\/p>\n
\u00bc cup olive oil<\/p>\n
\u00be cup water<\/p>\n
Wash and place the meat in a large bowl with the vinegar and enough water to cover the meat<\/p>\n
Leave it for 12 hours (usually overnight)<\/p>\n
The next day, rinse the meat and place it in a casserole dish<\/p>\n
Add the vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano and sugar<\/p>\n
Mix to coat all the meat<\/p>\n
