Cooked in the oven with vegetables!<\/h4>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>1 cup vinegar for marinara<\/p>\n<p>1.5-2 kg wild boar<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp vinegar<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd tsp salt<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp pepper<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp oregano<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp sugar<\/p>\n<p>3 cloves garlic<\/p>\n<p>2 onions<\/p>\n<p>3 peppers<\/p>\n<p>3 carrots<\/p>\n<p>1 bay leaf<\/p>\n<p>1\/3 cup tomato sauce<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cup olive oil<\/p>\n<p>\u00be cup water<\/p>\n<h4>Directions<\/h4>\n<p>Wash and place the meat in a large bowl with the vinegar and enough water to cover the meat<\/p>\n<p>Leave it for 12 hours (usually overnight)<\/p>\n<p>The next day, rinse the meat and place it in a casserole dish<\/p>\n<p>Add the vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano and sugar<\/p>\n<p>Mix to coat all the meat<\/p>\n<p>Wash and cut the peppers and onions into strips<\/p>\n<p>Cut the garlic cloves in half<\/p>\n<p>Peel and cut the carrots into circles<\/p>\n<p>Add everything to the pan<\/p>\n<p>Add the bay leaf, tomato sauce, oil and water<\/p>\n<p>mix all together<\/p>\n<p>Bake at 170* for about 2 \u00bd hours<\/p>\n<p>Turn once and add a little water if necessary<\/p>\n<p><b>** <\/b>if you don&#8217;t have a casserole dish, place it on a pan and cover with aluminum foil<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An easy and delicious recipe for wild boar with a wonderful sauce!
