5 tbs flour<\/p>\n
1 tsp salt<\/p>\n
1\/3 tsp pepper<\/p>\n
1 kg anchovies<\/p>\n
2-3 tbs olive oil<\/p>\n
In a meat bag, put the flour, salt and pepper<\/p>\n
Mix the mixture well<\/p>\n
Place a piece of baking paper on a pan<\/p>\n
Grease with oil<\/p>\n
Clean and wash the anchovies<\/p>\n
Put the fish in the mixture a little at a time until they are covered with flour<\/p>\n
Place them in order on the oiled baking paper<\/p>\n
Drizzle a little olive oil over the fish<\/p>\n
Bake at 220 degrees, turning once<\/p>\n
Until they become golden brown<\/p>\n
