1 kilo of strawberries
\n1 kg of sugar
\n1\/3 glass of water
\n1 tsp.\u00a0 Lemon juice<\/p>\n
Wash the strawberries well and chop them into small pieces
\nput them in the pot
\npour the sugar on top
\nAdd the water
\nBoil until the jam thickens
\nPour in the lemon
\nRemove it from the heat and let it cool well
\nThe next day see if it is still has liquid if it does it needs to boil again for another 10 to 15 minutes until it sets well<\/p>\n
**if it is runny it will thicken quickly<\/p>\n
