CHOCOLATE LOG

Log, salami and mosaic! A dessert with many names and few ingredients! No matter how you name it, it’s perfect!

Ingredients

1 margarine 200-250 grs

1 package of plain cookies 225 grs

4 tbs cocoa powder

10-12 tbs of icing sugar

1 vanilla

Directions

Take the margarine out of the fridge to come to room temperature

Put it in a bowl and add the cocoa and icing sugar. (if you don’t want it too sweet, put10 tbs, otherwise put 12 tbs)

Stir to make a smooth mixture

Break the cookies into small pieces and add them to the bowl and mix to coat well with the chocolate

Place 1 piece of baking paper on the counter and pour the mixture otherwise you can make 2 smaller logs so you will need 2 pieces of parchment paper

With the parchment paper and your hands try to make a long log and press it a little so that the cookies stick so you can cut it more easily

Place aluminum foil on the outside of the baking paper so that it does not get odors from the refrigerator

Put it in the freezer for 3-4 hours to freeze well

** You can double the ingredients and make 2-3 large logs

** You may also add walnuts or almonds
