BAKED ANCHOVIES

Baked in the oven and not fried! A lighter recipe for anchovies! Delicious and crispy!

Ingredients

5 tbs flour

1 tsp salt

1/3 tsp pepper

1 kg anchovies

2-3 tbs olive oil

Directions

In a meat bag, put the flour, salt and pepper

Mix the mixture well

Place a piece of baking paper on a pan

Grease with oil

Clean and wash the anchovies

Put the fish in the mixture a little at a time until they are covered with flour

Place them in order on the oiled baking paper

Drizzle a little olive oil over the fish

Bake at 220 degrees, turning once

Until they become golden brown

** you may spray the oil over the fish with a spray bottle if you have one

** when served add lemon (optional)
