Ingredients
1 glass of oil
2 glasses of flour
2 glasses of sugar
3 glasses of water
a little cinnamon
Directions
Boil the water with the sugar and a little cinnamon in a pot until it boils to dissolve the sugar, remove from the heat and set aside
Put the oil in a deep pot and let it heat up well. Pour the flour in and mix it quickly so it doesn’t stick and make lumps, until it gets a dark brown color
After the flour takes color, add the syrup little by little (be careful because it splashes), continue mixing until all the syrup is absorbed and its not sticking to the pot any more .
Remove from heat
Form it with a spoon or in a cake form
Sprinkle with cinnamon
