Tzatziki is the perfect side dish for meat, potatoes, vegetables and also by itself just with a slice of bread.
Ingredients
500g yoghurt
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 tbs minced cucumber(½ large cucumber)
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar
Directions
Put the yogurt in a bowl with a lid
Clean the garlic and grate it on the thin part of the grater and put into the yogurt
On a plate, clean and grate the cucumber on the thick part of the grater and squeezing it with your palms to get rid of all the excess water
add it in the yogurt
Add the oil, salt and the vinegar and mix well to combine our ingredients
** if you want it milder you can put less garlic
**if you want it to be stronger, you may put 5 cloves of garlic
