LAYERED COOKIE CAKE WITH ALMOND CHOCOLATE

A wonderful dessert! Cookies with chocolate and almonds! The perfect combination!

Ingredients

2 Morfat whipping cream (250grs each)

2 Sweetened condensed milk (397grs each)

2 packs of square tea biscuits(225 grs each pack)

2 chocolates with almonds (100grs each)

200grs almonds

1 cup of water

Directions

In a bowl pour the ermol or morfat and the sweetened condensed milk together and beat them for 2-3 minutes to homogenize both together

Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes

In the blender grind the chocolates together with the almonds

Put the water in a deep dish

Get a rectangular pan or something with a lid

Dip each cookie in the water and place it on the pan

One package will cover the bottom of the pan

In the corners, break the cookies a little to cover the whole bottom

Put half the cream on top of the biscuits and spread it

Sprincle half of the chocolate and almond mixture so that it goes everywhere

With the other package of cookies do the same, dip them in water and place them on top carefully

Pour in the rest of the cream and spread

Add the chocolate and almond mixture

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours

Keep refrigerated

**  We do not soak the cookies, we only dip them from both sides
