Make the whipped cream as it says on the package and put it in the fridge to firm up
In a bowl, put the Philadelphia, sugar, baking powder and yogurt and beat them a little to combine the ingredients, then add all the whipped cream and beat until it is blended with the mixture ( do not mix too much because the filling will get watery and will not set)
Pour it over the biscuit, spread it well and place it in the fridge
Pour the juice from the canned sour cherries into a small saucepan and add the sugar and corn flour and mix well until it thickens, remove from the heat and add the sour cherries
As soon as the mixture cools down, spread it over the dessert and keep it refrigerated until ready to serve
** the biscuit is baked so that it is more stable and does not crumble if you wish not to bake it, place the biscuit mixture in the fridge for ten minutes it will be just as good
** you may put whatever you like on top, for example: spoon sweets or even jam
