Home made chicken nuggets that everyone will love! Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside!
Ingredients
1 big chicken breast
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp icing sugar
1 tsp curry(optional)
1 tsp kumin(optional)
1 ½ cups breadcrumbs
1 egg white
oil for frying
6 tbsp milk
Directions
Cut the chicken breast in half and press down with your hand then cut in strips and then in squares.
Not too small because they will shrink a bit while cooking.
In a bowl, put the egg white slightly beaten with the milk.
Add the chicken to the egg mix and stir well so as it covers all the chicken.
In another bowl put all the other ingredients together.
Dip chicken in the bread crumb mix and put it on a platter.

Fry on medium to high heat, turning till the nuggets are golden brown
Or put in oven on a baking sheet turning once when they are golden brown. About 15 minutes on each side.
** At this point freeze with platter and after frozen put them in a zip lock bag and save for another time.. !!
** do not put in freezer bag until frozen because they will stick together!
