Crispy fries without frying! They are healthy and you won’t want them fried again!
Ingredients
4-5 potatoes
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika (optional)
½ tsp garlic (optional)
Directions
Clean and wash the potatoes
Cut them in the same way as the french fries
Let them dry a little of the excess water or wipe them a with paper towel
Put in a bowl and add all the other ingredients
Mix well
Place a baking paper on a large pan and put the potatoes on it
Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes and turn them for another 15 minutes on the middle rack to get a nice color
