Ingredients
1 octopus
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ cup of water
3-4 tbs olive oil
1 tbs mustard (optional)
Directions
Wash the octopus well so that there is no sand
You can put it whole in the pan or cut the arms in pairs
Add all the ingredients
Cover either with the lid of the pan or with aluminum foil
Bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour
** if you would like more color leave uncovered for the last 10 minutes
